Volunteer

Volunteers are essential for our programs, and we are forever grateful to them for their time, spirit, and love! To get involved, please contact us for more information, upcoming sessions, and volunteer orientation dates.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Horse Leading

Lead horses in both group and individual appointments.
Experience with horses is required and training for leading is provided.

Sidewalkers/Arena Assistants

Work directly with our therapists by sidewalking along the horses and clients, as well as helping in the arena with the therapy appointments.
Horse experience is not required for sidewalking.

Help with projects, events, and/or fundraisers.

Internships

We partner with Eagle County School District and their CareerX program for High School students.

We also welcome anyone to intern or volunteer with us who is interested in the fields of occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health counseling, equine-assisted learning, adaptive riding instruction, and/or equine science/management fields.
